Our general approach

In our Decision Automation projects, we typically proceed in four phases:

Analysis

In this phase, we conduct a thorough analysis of the business context, requirements and existing data to define the decision problems to be solved or improved.

Concept

In this phase, we develop the architecture and design of the decision automation solution, which includes both the data-based models and the human interactions. We define the objectives, criteria and indicators for decision quality.

Implementation

In this phase, we implement the decision automation solution with the appropriate tools and platforms based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, business rules, linear and multivariate optimization or other methods. We integrate the solution into the existing IT landscape and ensure a high level of security and reliability.

Operation

During this phase, we monitor and optimize the Decision Automation solution to continuously improve its performance and added value for the company. We also provide training and support for users and stakeholders to increase acceptance and confidence in the solution.
