HDI AG is the first consumer company in the world to receive ISO 19770-1 certification and can thus officially demonstrate the quality of its IT Asset Management (ITAM). TIMETOACT GROUP actively accompanied the insurance group on its way to ISO 19770-1 certification, which was initiated by the ITAM Forum organization.
With ISO 19770-1 certification, companies have the opportunity for the first time to demonstrate the maturity of their ITAM practices in a global and standardized manner. This offers them numerous benefits, including a strengthened negotiating base for contract discussions with software vendors and the long-term reduction of their compliance management costs. More than 100 experts from 20 countries and more than 30 industries worked in an expert committee of the ITAM Forum to develop the certification system, which was finally realized in February 2023.
