Cologne/Chicago, 17 July 2025 – catworkx (part of TIMETOACT GROUP), one of the leading global Atlassian Platinum Solution Partners, further strengthens its USA footprint as well as its European business with entering Italy as new market. Herzum is a specialized end-to-end Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner with operations in the USA, Canada, Colombia and Ecuador as well as Switzerland and Italy. Combined and under the brand of catworkx, the firm will strengthen its leading market position in DACH, bolster its position in the USA and add further geographic markets. Further, the group will benefit from combined sales capabilities and highly competitive delivery competencies.
The parties agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.

Sebastian Matte Bon (current CEO Herzum EMEA) will strengthen catworkx’ European leadership team, focusing both on the Italian business as CEO, as well as catworkx’ business development in the EMEA region.
The transaction already marks the second successful acquisition for TIMETOACT GROUP in 2025 and since the strategic investment by funds advised by H.I.G. Capital.
