As part of the integration, Nick Howser has been appointed CEO of catworkx USA. Adam Betzen, previously CEO of Herzum Americas, will continue in a leadership role as COO of catworkx USA, contributing his extensive market expertise. In Europe, Sebastian Matte Bon, formerly CEO of Herzum EMEA, will join the catworkx leadership team, serving as CEO of catworkx Italy and supporting business development across the EMEA region.

The transaction represents the second successful acquisition for TIMETOACT GROUP in 2025, following the strategic investment by funds advised by H.I.G. Capital. It underscores TIMETOACT GROUP’s ability to consolidate the fragmented IT services market and deliver high-quality solutions worldwide.
