Management
Sustainability is an integral part of the TIMETOACT GROUP’s corporate strategy and operational processes. Our aim is to systematically integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects into our business activities and to create long-term value for our customers, employees and society.
Our sustainability goals are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By specifically linking our strategic goals to selected SDGs, we make a measurable contribution to global sustainable development and ensure transparency regarding our progress.
Our understanding of responsible business conduct is based on internationally recognised frameworks. In particular, we are guided by the ISO 26000 guidelines on social responsibility, as well as the fundamental principles and core labour standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO). These form the basis for our policies and decisions regarding ethical conduct, human rights, fair working conditions, environmental protection, and transparent and responsible corporate governance.
Although these guidelines cannot be certified, we use them as a binding framework and systematically integrate their principles into our internal policies and decision-making processes. In this way, we ensure that our business activities are conducted in accordance with internationally recognised standards.
To implement our sustainability strategy in practice, we rely on established and externally audited management systems. The companies within the TIMETOACT GROUP can obtain standardised certification to ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 27701 (data protection) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). These certifications ensure the structured integration of requirements into our business processes and form the basis for the continuous improvement of our performance.
By linking international guiding principles (SDGs, ISO 26000, ILO) with certified management systems, we ensure that sustainability is both strategically embedded and effectively implemented at an operational level within the TIMETOACT GROUP. Our approach enables us to make progress measurable, continuously improve our ESG performance and provide transparent insights for our stakeholders.
Sustainability organisation
The topic of sustainability is firmly anchored in Felix Binsack (founder and CEO of the GROUP). He is kept informed on an ongoing basis by the management team.
The ESG management team for sustainability consists of the compliance officer, the head of people & culture, and the MMS officer. The collaboration is divided into four overarching sustainability areas with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of the TIMETOACT GROUP in a topic-specific manner: (1) strategy, (2) environment, (3) social, (4) governance.
Together with the managers of all subsidiaries, they form the Core ESG Team and are responsible for developing GROUP standards that take into account the requirements of all stakeholders.
In addition to the management and core teams, employees from various GROUP functions and companies within the GROUP work together in project teams to ensure the continuous improvement process in the area of sustainability. Examples of this are the “Diversity” and “Women in Tech” project teams.
