Smart Check

Using Smart Check the customer receives a structured analysis of their current situation: a gap or readiness analysis checks the degree of compliance with processes, standards and frameworks together with an efficiency check of the Atlassian tool deployment. The aim is to determine the quality of processes, methods and tool configurations that have already been introduced so that recommendations for action can be made on this basis. Using a checklist-based approach, customers receive a structured analysis within a short period of time.

  • Coordination of the current problem situation and objectives via telephone interview and handover of checklists for preparation

One-day workshop

  • Conveying/building up a basic understanding of the topic, handing over a workbook in digital form for later study
  • Carrying out a (self-)assessment of the process landscape, joint assessment of the situation
  • Assessment of the existing Atlassian toolchain, checking the extent to which the tooling fits the process configuration and objectives

Elaboration

  • Preparation of a recommendation for action by the consultant within one week

Presentation (1/2 day) via video conference or on-site appointment
