Group from the aviation sector with a 6-digit number of users and a 7-digit number of authorizations.

It started with a project to introduce an IAM solution in a corporate division. Over several years, the collaboration developed into a Trusted Advisory with many individual implementation projects. In the meantime, the customer's IAM extends throughout the group, which also requires a decentralized deployment worldwide.

Tasks include design, development, implementation, migration, project management and general consulting in IAG topics.

• The current activities include the extension of the solution by the application procedure, which is very extensively designed
• Delegated administration of users (human users, functional users) and their authorizations as well as delegated administration of roles
• Decentralization of authorization administration and transfer to group companies
• Group companies are able to organize administration according to their own criteria (not only organizational structure).

The application procedure introduced enables customers worldwide to compile shopping carts decentrally on the basis of these order criteria for the specification of orderable or also automatically assigned roles/authorizations. The structuring and clarity has greatly increased customer satisfaction.
