Initial Situation

TIMETOACT GROUP had expanded significantly by acquiring more than 25 specialized companies. Each acquisition brought valuable expertise, but also its own ERP system. While this enriched the group’s offerings,, the organization faced a fragmented IT landscape with 11 separate ERP environments. This complexity led to disconnected data silos, and inefficiencies in cross-organizational collaboration.

The Challenge

The decentralized systems architecture limited the group's ability to:

The question was not if a change was needed, but how to manage it effectively across a group of this size and complexity. The vision was clear: align all subsidiaries under one modern ERP system to enable seamless operations, real-time insights, and scalable growth.

The Solution

After thorough market evaluation, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition was selected as the ERP foundation for the transformation.
