The challenge

Cardmarket requires information from third-party systems for efficient ticket processing. These source systems are to remain the single source of truth in the future, which is why process adaptation and thus original data entry in Freshdesk is not an option.

The solution

To meet this requirement, the specialists at CLOUDPILOTS developed a user-specific app for displaying relevant information, which accesses the latest version of this information directly via an API when the application is called up. 

The result

The custom app enables agents to process tickets more efficiently and increase customer satisfaction by reducing processing times. The app can also be expanded at any time if additional information is required.
