Expletus faced the challenge that an automated email/ticket received via the Freshdesk app only contained a general address as the sender and no specific customer contact details.

Die Lösung

With the help of a specially developed user-specific app, CLOUDPILOTS ensured that information from incoming emails was read, compared with existing contacts, and automatically added to the ticket. 

Das Ergebnis

The processing procedure has been significantly optimized. Thanks to the automatic updating of contact details, manual adjustment of tickets on the customer side is no longer necessary. Ticket processing can therefore be started directly and without interruption, and tickets are assigned to the correct contact without errors.
