target Software Solution GmbH merges with Walldorf Consulting GmbH

target and Walldorf Consulting join forces—for more flexibility and less bureaucracy

Walldorf, 08/16/23: target changes its name to Walldorf Consulting, and the previous sister companies form a GmbH under the management of Hanno Hofmann and Simon Flick. The merger allows us to combine our strengths and respond even better to current and future challenges in the SAP market.

As part of the merger into Walldorf Consulting, our target Idea Management and target Campaign Management products will become part of the SAP consulting company's portfolio and will continue to be supported and developed by the familiar team of experts. The former target managing directors, Achim Noe and Robin Müller-Cajar, will continue to lead the team for the target products - Achim Noe as Head of Idea Management, Robin Müller-Cajar as Head of Product Development at Walldorf Consulting.

By merging the GmbH, we can focus on what we love to do most: implementing good SAP projects and refining our software even further.

Currently, developers from WCA are already working together with target colleagues on our idea management cloud software. In the future, this collaboration will become both organizationally easier and closer. This will allow target to benefit even more from WCA's experience in some of SAP's key products S/4 HANA and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

The merger into a single company was officially made in August with the entry in the commercial register. By the end of the year, it will also be reflected on a spatial level as the target employees will join their Walldorf Consulting colleagues in a shared office location.
