The entire logistics process is handled from Feldbach in Styria - almost 1,000,000 parcels leave the warehouse here every year. Almost one million people visit their online stores monthly, which means they receive 80,000 orders every month. To cope with the masses of tickets, they rely on Freshdesk as their ticketing solution.
