Niceshops develops online stores in different product segments in several European markets. Almost one million people visit their stores month after month - generating already more than 80.000 orders per month or selling a product every 4 seconds - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - 365 days a year.
Freshdesk gives us the ability to customize the ticket system to our different needs, so that the right tickets are assigned to the right teams. In combination with the Team Huddles, the different teams can cooperate, which means that even complex customer requests are answered quickly and efficiently.
